RESEARCH & DEVELOPMENT - The Quest for Perfection
To an engineer or machinist, a beehive is one of natures amazing works of art. The tolerance of each cavity is very close, almost perfect. While a beehive can be naturally perfect, the precision metal working industry is still improving.
Through continuous research and development we continually strive to mirror this perfection found in nature and present a work of functional art to our customers for the further improvement of mankind.
Research and Development Department
Our state-of-the-art Research & Development Department includes a design department, pattern assembly department and electrical development department. All planning starts with feedback gained from in-depth market information analysis and customer feedback. Design, trial assembly, technical feedback and further improvement and analysis lead to development of new, user-friendly, applicable products. In addition, our R&D department also provides technical support to our marketing staff.
Research and Development Department
CAD tools allow our designers to achieve maximum accuracy and flexibility and apply practical experience and knowledge to new products. |

MANUFACTURING FACILITY
To ensure the quality of every single part, Falcon Machine Tools Co., Ltd. uses only state-of-the-art automatic and precision processing machinery.Our processing machinery includes a TOSHIBA Five Face Double Column Machining Center, Double Column Grinder, Vertical Machining Center, Horizontal Machining Center, CNC Lathe, Precision Screw Grinder, Precision Cylindrical Grinder as well as our own CNC Surface Grinders. |

ASSEMBLY LINE
Our parts assembly and electrical assembly departments in conjunction with our subcontractors work very closely to coordinate and produce over 400 machine sets per month. The assembly process is divided into steps to maintain higher assembly efficiency and higher quality and accuracy of machines. |
