Large ø80, class C3 ball screws on 3 axes, combined with coolant through ball screw on X Z axes to fully eliminate thermal expansion during long time cutting operations.
Three axes employ Japanese-class P4 bearings combined with 7 pcs. double hydraulics on single axis.
This assures high positioning accuracy and extends machine life.
The machine employs Italian GUARNIFLON wear-resistant media for superior wear resistance even under loading of 4,000 kgs.
Option on 4th CNC Rotary table (W Axis).
Three axes are available to equip with Heidenhain linear scales with accuracy up to 0.001 mm.
The magazine employs hydraulic tool change, providing powerful tool picking force up to 20 kgs.
Traveling headstock greatly upgrades rigidity and stability during boring operations.
The machine structural parts are manufactured from high quality cast iron, and stress-relieved for lifetime deformation-free operations.
High precision spindle provides maximum speed of 4,000 RPM.
The tool magazine provides standard 60 tools. (optional 30 or 40)
